| Crabmeat Supreme 1/4 cup butter Instructions In a large skillet saute onion in hot butter until tender. Stir in crab, parsley, 1 Tbsp. chives, 1 tsp. seafood seasoning and 1/2 jar pimentos. In a bowl mix together egg, corn, sour cream and cheese. Stir in baking mix until just moistened (batter should be lumpy). Fold in crab mixture. Turn into a greased 9x13 baking dish and spread evenly to edges. Top mixture with remaining pimentos, chives and seafood seasoning. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Cut into squares.
